Bead Street September Classes

Even though we have limited hours during September, we have had numerous requests for classes especially for a project using the new Rizo beads.

Sandy will teach this next Saturday,
September 14

Wednesday, September 11th, 1:00 to 3:00, Dew Drop Earrings. Learn a spiral link and a messy wrap plus oxidizing tips. Great beginner class for those of you interested in trying wire and a great new technique for all of you with some wire experience. $10.00 plus materials and we will have gemstone drops packaged so you don't have to buy the entire strand - or you can bring your own drops (top drilled).

Saturday, September 14th New Rizo Bracelet.  For those of you asking what to do with the new Rizo beads.  Beginner class from 1:00 to 4:00, $15 plus materials (approximately $5-7).

Saturday, September 14th, Free Beginning Peyote class, 2:00 to 3:00.  Materials approximately $2:00 which includes needle and thread.

Saturday, September 14th, a repeat of  Dew Drop earrings. 1:00 to 3:00, $10 plus materials and again - gemstone top drilled drops will be available.

Classes are limited so you must reserve a seat prior to the class (even for free classes).  Samples are available to look at in the store and you can call for more information, 336-9707.

Bead Street Hours September

We have been working really hard to get things organized before classes start on Wednesday, September 11.  Open from Wednesday, 11th  through Friday the 13th from 11:30 to 6:00 and Saturday, September 14th from 11:30 to 5:00.

For the rest of September we will only be open on Saturdays the 21st and the 28th from 11:30 to 5:00.   Still a little more work to be done on the building and we are squeezing a buying trip into September.

Location is 5509 Glenwood, sort of across from Hawks Stadium in between Shorty's (Glenwood Country) and Einstein Oil.  Sign most visible in front is Sawtooth Solutions - sorry don't have a street sign out yet but you will see building sign as soon as you pull into complex. You can call for more information 336-9707.

Czech glass wall is completed with all the size 11/0
Japanese seed beads underneath.
Looks just like the old store doesn't it.
Spinners are in that hold the Czech drops,
SuperDuos and Twins, CzechMate Tiles,

Two-hole Bricks, Lentils, Rizos and Rullas,
Czech glass pearls, Tilas, and Triangles

Beading books and magazines
The book area also has a table
where we will hold all of our
Free beading and wire classes
Our 16 foot gemstone wall.  Somehow they all multiplied in storage.  Probably should have unboxed everything
before ordering new stock.
The wire wall is organized and most of the tools and fibers have been stocked.  Fireline, Nymo, C-lon, Softflex wire and Griffin Silk bead cord has been organized.  Most all of the Artistic Wire has been restocked as well as our German silver, gold, copper and brass.  Sterling wire has not arrived as yet.

Regular hours will start in October with fabulous new classes, new products we hopefully will find in Europe and of course all the new Czech glass we just received.
